In most things, I try to be as impartial and unbiased as is humanly possible. I think I’m doing the same thing here, but as a Nova Scotian I can never truly know how objective this judgement is: Al McInnis is, was and ever shall be the master of the slapshot. The form, accuracy, power, terror and consistency are unrivalled. Every slapshot after him has been anticlimax. God put him on Earth during the era of wooden sticks because He thought it was purer and he didn’t want to see a man die on the ice.

New stick or old stick doesn't change a lot for a slapshot. Almost everything is in the stick flexibility. 130 flex on wood stick or carbon stick is the same. It take the same quantity of weight, strenght to curve it. The difference only gonna be the weight. And when you are use to one at some point it doesnt change lots of thing.
