Although I don't fully agree with Lux sometimes, i love his passion towards social issues. If every young South African had Lux's fighting spirit towards the issues they faced, SA youth wouldn't be what it is today.

Great interview from Nhlanhla Lux. It should've been a longer episode but it's okay because we always enjoy this young leader's wisdom. Commanders morning!
This was dope... Even though I feel I heard it before... I'd put my money on his operations. I wish our communities had such leadership

Nhlanhla 's remarks about politics reminds of Malcolm X's "The Ballot or The Bullet" speech. Politicians only care about their constitutes around elections. The sad reality is, there is not enough of us who understand the situation and put people like him in office. Cadre Deployment has made the "ANC" or "Public Office" some sort of a lottery ticket, I mean 📢📢

Great interview/discussion. Will Soweto Parliament eventually offer branded items for sale on their web site to help raise money? I think that would be a great way to raise funds without being beholden to anyone or for anyone to “think” they are owed anything as a result of donations(even though I know Lux said he doesn’t accept donations).

This guy uses the right speaking points, but he is not in it to serve the people. He is in it for the power. Citizens don't need a leader. They can think for themselves. They need to be protected from crime and not to be exploited by crony-capitalist political policies, of which the purpose is to protect big business and to enrich politicians, at the cost of everyone else.

We wanna see all your expressions when you speak not just a voice, and it was more fun when you were all there sitting and chatting thats the virtual mkhukhu I fell in love with. AII this new one looks and feels scripted and thats something you said the mkhukhu wants to avoid but the new set up starts to say otherwise. I used to finish the old interviews but tbh the new ones especially on this platform makes everything different and I cant even finish them. Please do something about this Gents. One Love✊👊

Nhlanhla is right about how Kings were selected. The Princes from Indlu Nkulu were groomed from an early age, and their behaviour monitored. Whoever showed the best leadership skills (willingness to serve & bravery on the battle field) would be selected to succeed, irrespective of birth order. The story of the Mpondomise Kingship (how Prince Dosini was turfed aside for Prince Cirha (the son of a Mthwakhazi woman) gives insight on just how much a Prince was expected to be of upstanding character.

Commanders morning.... Imagine a Soweto parliament with the operational model of Afri forum... With the population in Soweto, not only from those in Soweto but those who still visit bo Magreeza had a membership fee... The possibities could be endless with people like Lux at the helm, no waiting for government, no red tape, no corruption. Just Sowetans doing it for the betterment of Soweto. Orania is a good example of this, why can't we do it?.... Pragmatism forward! We are tired of hearing the same thing from politicians in well thought out colourful speeches. Onwards and upwards Nhlanhla Lux and the movement 👊🏾

That is literally a dumb reason, just because 80% of the population is "Black"? by the way this country is diverse not just Black. And people care more for their families, friends, and communities, not "Black" people. There is no such thing as "Black" just poor and rich. Play race politics if you want, no one is stopping you but don't force the rest of us to play in your outdated game.

how can so much hate be bottled up in such a wise young man? this is how all the other Africans in SA, feel like when they leave their countries. so when you get into power, give them proper support so that they can stand up to the ak47s they fled from. with the right choice of words and guidance, you can be a bigger force in SAn politics. the mainstream media has sidelined and villified you for your straight forward talk.

But you can't just say "competence is all you need to lead a nation" even nationality matters we are not in the dark ages, we are diverse enough in SA to entertain a thought of a foreigner governing this country in flesh. It's wrong to call other nationalities to govern another country- people who choose to govern their leader should be a true Mzansi born and bred who understands the people and how we operate- it's a must that they be a native of the soil. Otherwise, the outsiders will govern and call on their own friends to further collapse the little we have.
