I went to my first pro race in 1991 as a high school junior. US Nationals. Got to meet my favorite driver Bob Glidden. Awesome times. Also fun fact…Eddie Hill quit racing top fuel boats because they were too dangerous and decided to race something safer…top fuel dragster. Go figure. Lots of teams back then. All different. All fast.
