Thank you for this excellent summary. As a GP appraiser I will be recommending it to GPs prior to the meeting and while they are preparing for appraisal. Thank goodness appraisal has evolved, partly due to the pandemic, into something which is actually useful and supportive for our over-stretched colleagues.
