I have found that the HCA's do more work than what the RGN's should be doing as many RGN's just stand gossiping and leave all the crappy jobs that they don't want to do for the HCA's. Obviously this is not on all wards but was so prominent on the last ward that I had to stay on. I was so pleased to be discharged as the RGN's were so rude and they certainly didn't have a caring attitude towards patients.

Hi Lizzy - you would have to contact a local hospital or visit the NHS website. We created this video for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals but don't know the details on becoming a suport worker I'm afraid. Sorry we couldn't be more help, Thanks
