I think there is no need to pay the IHS amount again but get most reliable information from UK home office..

Usually it won't happen..... the same issue happened one more candidate in this group. So please check all comments in the latest videos. You can do one thing just ask NMC to verify which mail id used for the same..

there is no formal DL in new process... regarding Cos, you can check with agent or hospital

Once you get the mail from NMC after the completion of eligibility and qualification assessment...then you can request the hospital to issue the COS...
