Are you considering the wider patient journey?
Debbie Morgan (Director of Service Improvement and Transformation, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) explains that in order to drive greater efficiency and productivity, she is looking to move towards an end-to-end perspective of the patient journey.
Debbie explains that the key part of this when engaging with Pharma and Medtech, is identifying “what problem we are trying to solve”. She explains that the NHS can be blind to what the problems are, or might not know what the solutions are. As such, an external perspective can be really helpful.
