Nhs work is more reliable there's job security,there's is chance to progress, they send you for trainings,different departments you can work in ,it's not monotonous,they sponsored people for different related courses etc. You must love to do the work because it is hard work but if you are tenacious it is rewarding. People think care homes pay more than nhs but when you consider the hours you work in the care homes is much more than nhs. You do agency as an addition to your permanent job. Pray for God's leading which is very important.

I've found that the NHS pays way more now than most care homes now and offers you security. Don't forget that NHSP and agency within the NHS pays way more than any carehome offers.

Yes. She'll be free to work anywhere in the UK but since she's already a registered nurse she can start as a Healthcare Assistant and work towards becoming a registered UK nurse as well.
