You know it's strange...but the fights actually flow a LOT more smoothly and definitely FEEL better when damage sponge health bars are no longer an issue...it takes out the repetitive aspects of all such action/fighting/beat-em-up boss fights, and most certainly gives a more accurate picture of how kratos would perform against some of these...shall we say, "lesser" gods and creatures. The idea of course is that he's older and wiser and no longer inclined to use excessive force or be cruel....but in a way, that only implies that he would deal with his enemies quickly and humanely, rather than drawing things out. We also know that the greek gods get stronger as they get older..

The new Valhalla dlc does not contain any of the dead gods in Valhalla. I think it is more than reasonable to conclude God's don't go to Valhalla after they die.

Man the scale of the final Baldur fight was so epic, Ragnarok’s final fights with both Thor and Odin were so lame in their small scale by comparison, Thor’s was especially disappointing since his fist fight had the epic moments, but the entire Ragnarok “apocalypse” was so short and mundane, 2018’s success had me so hyped for the sequel, and while I think overall the combat in GOWR is improved, there are so many areas where it fell short.

You can kinda do the same thing as GOWR in 2018. If you're stats arent maxed on the stat bar you can use Ygdrasil Drops to boost them. Well you do this with the base armor and you can have Kratos at max stats with the base armor. Then add armor to boost your level and you can delete bosses legitly on GMGOW
