For everyone who might b planning to use body shop tea tree oil , pls dilute it bfr u use. U shud never use tea tree oil directly on ur face. U can use two to three drops in alovera gel or any other face pack u make. Also if u have sensitive skin then refrain from using tea tree range of body shop bcse its a bit strong fr very sensitive skin

Snail mucin is one of the best skin care products. Bt yeah, like u said, everything will not suit everyone. Make sure to get the genuine product bcse the one which i purchased from india gave me acne issues. I didn't want to give up on this product as i have seen my colleague's face transformation using thisproduct, so i made her purchase one for me, and yes, that gave me wonderful results. Also, to get good results, apply toner bfr this as snail mucin works best on damp skin. So far i finished 4 bottles its really good fr me. Btw my skin type is combination and sometimes oily.

As you have pcod is there specific food that does cause you breakouts? Like which you avoid to maintain clear skin like currently you doesn’t really have breakouts just 1,2 which is normal . Like back in days you had more breakouts???

I never got breakouts from any particular food. It's all related to imbalance in hormones (PCOS). My hormones are still erratic. One pimple after another began appearing on my skin; My doctor recommended to follow a healthy diet and exercise. And she added vitamin E tablets and some other medicines to control my hormone fluctuations. Now, my skin is feeling better these days
