Hi, Anna🖐 Good evening, greetings. Your videos always beautiful as usual, the video is quite short but it can describe the Ushimado town very well and I quite like the nuances around there. In the 'Walking Around Ushimado' segment, make me remember the city of Takehara (the city you've visited) and it's a soothing place. 'Kotohiragu segment' makes me remember with the scene in the Manga Rurouni Kenshin (I like this part, 5 star ⭐ for you). In the temple segment of 'Honrenji' I saw at some point the temple walls like have damaged peeled off and I hope this temple can be fixed as soon as possible by temple owners and the city council. Also the 'Ushimado Olive Garden' segment, the place looks rather poorly maintained even though it still has its own beauty (the grass and the shrubs are too thick, need to be trimmed). The most beautiful scenery I get from your video this time is in the Ushimado port and the atmosphere of Ushimado town (Another 5 Star ⭐ for you, Anna). Thankyou so much for give us a such really Beautiful present (in the form of a short video) for all your big fans. Once again... Thankyou, Anna. 👏🏻👍🏻

its japan. dont expect western europe
@TheHipClip2 жыл бұрын
@@G3E007 No shit. But Japan's covid situation is one of their own making. They had a huge number of cases, even though entry was restricted to a few thousand a day, tests before flight and long quarantine time after. The restrictions they're placing on tourists are more than their own citizens, e.g. even wear a mask outside. They're actively discouraging tourism because some old politicians are very racist. Do I expect something like this from Japan, yes! But Japanese under their 30s want foreigners to come back, for business and cultural exchange.
@G3E0072 жыл бұрын
@@TheHipClip sigh... what i said.
@G3E0072 жыл бұрын
@@TheHipClip you wont have any problem to major cities to expend your western money as part of their business sys. if they put restrictions is because they dont need your money. dont expect the same autodestructive politics like here in western europe like mass immigration to ruin what is their main atractiveness: their ethnocentrism. eastern cultures are well conserved because their ethnostates. to complain of what makes you being atracted to them is simply delusional and pretending to live in denial. dont expect openess while you quickly label them as racist only because you dont wanna to understand and compromise with their culture a little more deep than the average western tourist. in asia you cant make tourism with that mentality unless they want your money as part of their business as i said before.

This is why I still stomach existence. This is why I exercise now. Why I fight my disabilities. This is why I have a road atlas of Japan; a rail and road guide of Japan; several books concerning aspects of modern Japan as well as a Japanese language bundle next to my bedside. I have never had a tourist's mentality. From the age of ten I have wanted only the intimate and the rural; places that feel so cut-off from the everyday pace of life that- on reflection - the overwhelming sense is of having trespassed and/ or been an interloper-of-sorts. If I have a visual guide during my time in Japan ( if I find myself , literally, having a visual guide to Nanny my ignorant feet ) then you are looking at one page of that guide. I have always had nothing but awe , time, patience and respect for Anna and her craft. And because of her work, her efforts , I'll never stop being crushed by the strength of the beauty that is awake in this world.....thankfully, Anna knows where to find it. So thank you Anna.

Hi! I'm quite an avid fan of your videos (which are no doubt awesome), and I'm starting my own channel that's somewhat similar to yours :D keep up the good work!
Beautiful as always and your style is evolving which is good. Two questions, one out of pure curiosity: do you walk around with two cameras one facing forward and another backwards? Second question: did saw a lot of Olive Trees, never imagined you did have them in Japan! Well this one was not a question I think 😅
