On Sunday 6th November 2016 around 2130 hours I called my best friend to check up on him. He was excited to hear from me and he told me he would come we spend the night together since his place was not far. So, I agreed. Little did I know it would be the last time we spoke. He was involved in a road accident and he died on the spot. When he didn't show up I thought maybe he changed his mind. So I didn't caĺl him again thinking maybe he was already asleep. Up to this date, I still regret why I called him first that night. I wish I asked him to stay at his place. At his burial I was the one who read his eulogy. The photo we used on his eulogy we had taken it together a week early. Both of us didn't like taking photos of ourselves so I may not have many photos of us together but until now, his memories, his smile are still fresh in my mind. This song gives me solace. This world is not our home. In memory of my best friend Sylvester.

we actually have similar memories as for me my bestie was supposed to join me we get to a festival and when the pickup time reached i called her to get prepared i was on my way to pick her up and she told me she might delay me so i should proceed and we would link up ASAP friends i actually waited for her at the festival and did not see her and i did not bother calling her thinking maybe she had other programs not until i received aa phone call from the relatives that on her way for the festival in Jinja she got involved in a terrible accident that she could not survive and its this week on 11th march that she made a year in the grave💔😢
