要“偷鸡”的话,可买豆腐卜或油豆腐,只需煎有肉那一面就可以拿去焖。 Aunty那么有经验,为肉馅调味时尚需试味。因为在焖煮时,肉馅的味道会跑去汤里,吃的时候肉馅的味道会变淡。 黄豆猪骨汤是古早味,放豆腐进去焖,一为确保肉馅熟透,二为豆腐入味。 24:08 Aunty说的没错,东西要好吃,一点都不简单。

Aunty after frying the tau who can put in a box and put to freezer or boil with soup first then remove the tau who put in a box and to freezer.
