花生 (生或罐装焖花生)
蒜头,南姜,桂皮,当归,八角, 辣椒干
黑酱油, 酱油,香菇蚝油
INGREDIENT LIST

Chicken Feet (Raw or Pre-Fried)
Peanuts (Fresh or Canned Braised Peanuts)
Garlic, Galangal, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Dried Chilies
Dark Soy Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, Mushroom Oyster Sauce

Auntie Ah Choon is a self taught chef who for about 20+ years ran a successful Economy Rice Restaurant, Restoran Jia Ling in Skudai, Johor. With no real formal training in the culinary arts, everything she knows about cooking comes from a life time of pure experience, observation and self improvement. She has spent time a great portion of her life cooking in both Singapore and Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Ask any of her former customers, they'll happily testify just how amazing her food is and how efficient she is when it comes to being in the kitchen.

Aunty Chong. I m a fan of yours. but this chicken feet you are braising. Looks like you are using caramel dark thick siyo sauce and NOT dark sauce. Am I correct?

Peanuts,depend on grade. Some need a braising time of 2 hours. Best to cook in a crockpot till softened. Add into chicken feet n mix together.Some poor quality needs a long time to soften

很明顯花生沒有長時間浸泡或先煮沸至少許軟,在煮雞脚時是會軟的
