娘惹传统美食Pongteh猪肉🐷入口即化,味道咸中带点微甜,非常浓郁好吃😋
食材:500 五花肉,2颗马铃薯,红葱头150克
蒜50克,1勺豆瓣酱,1勺老抽,马六甲椰糖25克,1碗清水
1)肉切块,沸水加入料酒汆烫2分钟
2)红葱头&蒜分开搅碎备用
3)马铃薯去皮切块,热锅煎至金黄色捞出备用
4)锅留底油,爆香红葱头,后再把蒜末也一起爆香;倒入五花肉一起翻炒均匀
5)加入1勺豆瓣酱,1勺老抽继续翻炒,后再加入马六甲椰糖25克一起炒至溶化,加一碗清水,把马铃薯也倒入
6)把煮好的pongteh放入气压锅煮30分钟,就好啦❤️
