Just beautiful. Super market! I love that everything is there. The food is making me drool! Nis reminds me of parts of Tirana a bit, from what Ive seen. Does it feel similar?Well done video, makes me want to go there right now! Can't wait for the next, be well! ❤

We have spent much more time and seen more of Tirana than we did Nis. The cities are not that similar. Tirana is larger and much more bustling... and much noisier! Tirana certainly has way more coffee shops!

@@JayandSarah ​ @JayandSarah My uncle with family lives in NIs so we visit him since 80s every year.Nis looked best in 80s when it had lot off working industry.Which bankrupted in 90s so city kind off slowly got to be rough around the ages ,facades or sidewalk not renovating etc and is visible when you walk around the city.And state was not interested to invest some money like in Novi Sad or Belgrade . Its also visible in number off people who live in NIs,In 80s NIs had more people then Novi Sad but now Novi Sad has 2 times more then NIs. But its still one off my favorite city in Serbia ,it has vibrant feel of life for its size

Da ste obratili pažnju videli biste da smo hodali pozadi i oko nje pre nego što smo došli na prednji deo i oznaka koja je bila džamija. Nisi morao da gledaš do kraja, morao si da odgledaš još koji minut.

Come to Nis and not go to eat in some good place. What a waist. For 50-60e all you 4 will have best eating experience but ...😂😂😂 and so western how you see pealple in Serbia and refuse to interact wiht tham and ask for advices for better expiriance.

A couple of the highest recommended places by locals in Nis were actually full for 2 of our nights... no more reservations were left. But having said that, you will see in our other Serbia videos, I go out of my way to make videos about things like Asian food, even McDonalds, and other things like that.. because it elicits this exact response from people like you. This only happens in Serbia video comments, and it's a small portion of people who are critical. We have ate enough local traditional food to last us a long time. We don't refuse to interact with locals, we actually do quite a bit of it, but not on camera. Most are not wanting to be on KZbin. But you call it "western". I'd say, you are sadly being ignorant based on what you see in one KZbin video. Have a nice day, thanks for watching!

​@@JayandSarah thanks for the response. It's very expected, to be in that manner. All your's comment have haughty note and I exactly talk about that. Like all western people you find offended but you are so stiff and judgmental, you need to loosen up a little when come in place like Niš, to feel the vibe of town and life. My comment was about that you could have better expirence, you walk to all wrong streets, go to wrong places. No one of locals never gonna told you to go there. And good places in Niš not ask for reservations, only foiled. My comment is possitive critique. Next time if you come, do it on Serbian way, ask Serbian people to be your host and everything will be 3x better.

What kind of mindset is it when you think you can lump all western people into one category. You will note, I don't make generalizations about Serbians, or suggest that all Serbians think and act alike. They don't. We had a great time in Nis, we will come back. It's far less about the place and what you do, or where you go.. than about the friends you get.together with.
