She was married to my grandfather and he left and went and had a WHOLE NOTHER FAMILY around the way, and called himself going to marry that lady... and sure enough that nigga married that lady! while he was still married to my Grandma!! one day my grandmother took all three of her kids, took them to their daddy house (my grandpa) and dropped them off! my grandpa came outside to the porch and said, "Mary, what on earth are you doing woman",?! she said, "you want to play father of the year? here you go, she left her kids right there with their father, I guess she assumed that she was getting ready to teach my grandpa a lesson, she got in her car and left Detroit and went to California! got her bachelor's her master's degree and went back to get her kids, and from then on the kids knew they're other siblings... Now that's just how older people dealt with things back in those days if she had the chance she said she wouldn't have ever dropped her kids off but she was in that moment in life however, I shared that story just to say that I do understand where you're coming from but in the black communities we deal with our half siblings and we don't even say have siblings that's either our brother or our sister... it's our culture way. that's why I think Nia was more concerned with her career, had nothing to do with the messy part. But that's my opinion I could be all the way wrong but feel free to subscribe to my channel cuz I need some subscribers and I love conversation
