Niagara Falls Canada Restaurant Food Tour - HDR 2023

Welcome everyone! Today we are in Niagara Falls Canada to explore the many restaurants and menus in the Clifton Hill District.
We start off on Lundy’s Lane to pick up food from the Flying Saucer Restaurant. It is a place I love to eat at. Many restaurant’s are located on Lundy’s Lane. I enjoy an nice picnic at Dufferin Islands nature area. Dufferin Islands is a great spot for enjoying your meal outdoors + it has many trails and wildlife to explore here.

We then start our walk on Ferry street and check out different restaurants and menus along the street. We walk down Clifton Hill and enjoy the sights along the way. Finally we walk by the HardRock Cafe and then head to the Zimmerman Fountain where the walk ends.
The lunch I had from The Flying Saucer Restaurant : Buffalo style breaded chicken breast with cheddar sandwich $7.69, golden fries $6.29, gravy, coleslaw, classic cheese cake with in house berry sauce $6.99. Prices as listed in the menu.

There is also a lovely coffee shop that I ate breakfast at that is family owned since 1963 called Cippy’s place. There are so many restaurants away from the busy tourist area to enjoy. I watched this today Christine, your food looked good & I found the tour interesting, there are so many choices. We have only tried a few. I watched because just sometimes we just feel like a sandwich to take out but cannot find anywhere that does that, you know choose a filling of your choice etc 🐿️

I know there’s a sub shop called Cheryl’s subs on Victoria Ave. Adam did a review there and they make sandwiches…it’s a bit of a walk from the Sheraton but they probably have what you want. If you go further down Lundy’s Lane in the falls some restaurants like the Flying Saucer are more reasonable.

The flying saucer restaurant is not one of the best restaurants.The only time you go to is when you really drunk!! Nothing is home made there. Everything comes from a company already processed already made. How do I know walked in the back of that restaurant? Not very clean at all either
