Ah, the chowder looks lovely, but please don't be a silly shite and say that Elephant Garlic is a "Heritage Irish Garlic" Elephant Garlic is not actually garlic and its heritage is Eastern Europe or China.

Be Nice to Nail, his chowder looks lovely, although he or the Editor of the Channel don't seem to know a Cockle from a Clam. They do say get your beart mór o' seafood, poach it up, and toss on the faux garlic croutons. Cockles, clams, faux locally sourced heritage Irish garlic... why would a Chef / Fishmonger concern himself with details when he sells it so well?
