I figure to reverse stamp, stamp image on either tissue, transparency, or collage... when dry, add glue to stamped side, and glue on page..should show through medium.

Yes, or you can stamp on a gel plate then onto whatever substrate you want.

The face on the ledger paper is from the Dina wakley collage collective book (the first one). But you can definitely draw, stamp stencil and paint onto your own ledger papers
