Ive been in NYC for 12 years and I grew up in Enfield, CT. Coming from Chicago and NY, please keep in mind that most of CT is super boring and theres nothing to really do except dinner, movies, or outdoor activities in the summer. Unless you move to Hartford or New Haven which are more city like, its more lively but crime is high. However, do whats best for you! Im also leaving NYC by the end of this year

Good choice. I'm originally from NY, currently living in CT. CT is really slow compared to NYC, but has an amazing quality of life. I've lived in CT for 4 years now and what I can get here has made it worth the move. If you're ready to settle down, you've come to the right place. Also many NYers have been moving here due to COVID.

Slow lol? Not in gun waving new haven ...Bridgeport ...or hartford, hartford n new haven n spfld mass next door those 3 are always on top ten most dangerous cities under 200k

Moving in a living with her boyfriend could be difficult if you don't know whether you will be together in the long run. Do you and your boyfriend want to get married? Do you guys plan to be together in the Long Haul? That's an important thing to think about when the two of you are planning to relocate together?

@@NiaraAlexis I understand your feeling. Many parts of New York City are just dirty. New York City is just part of the state of New York. They are also other parts of New York state that is clean and nice. Happiness is the most important thing. Connecticut seems like a great option.
