Phone wise I had T Mobile for a decade but then when I moved to Nicaragua I didn't want to pay for it here and not use it so what I ended up doing is transferring my t mobile number to Google voice which allows me to get all my 2 factor authorizations etc etc from the USA anywhere in the world..Can't use goggle voice to make or receive calls outside of USA but can and get texts showing who called or the id codes for banking etc AND I don't have to pay the $50 a month I was paying in USA

some people can. i've been trying to get google voice since it was in beta and they've never allowed me to use it. my fear would be that google has a history of just shutting down services that people use. nearly everything they made is gone. remember waves? lol

​@@ScottAlanMillerVlog I've been using Google Voice since 2009 without trouble, I even upgraded my main GV to Google Fi in 2017ish. (I know GV and GFi aren't the same) They utilized a number of carriers overe the years, I'm not sure if Tmobile was there from the start but it is their main carrier (insert correct virtual mobile carrier terminology here) now. My wife and I have had absolutely no trouble using it in Central America, the Carribbean and other countries. Sometimes while flying over Cuba it will pipe up about NOT EVERY service will work without Wi-Fi. But that's about it. I have also been burned by Google numerous times via abandoned services/products. You don't need an invite for GV anymore, you can add it to any and every Gmail account afaik.

You cannot. I've tried constantly. It's only selectively available, and only on Google's whim.

T-Mobile. I use Verizon because I have motion detection cellphone game/surveillance cameras that use ATT and Verizon. I'll check with the camera manufacturer to see if T-mobile is compatible. Thanks.
