Just got back from watching fireworks. When we decided to leave early, headed home near our house. The fireworks were better than the ones near the water. They stopped some traffickers an got in place to enjoy. My daughter had good music playing by Rick James at the time. So it just fitted. Max I enjoyed this video, those floors caught my attention right away. The fenced in room back yard is nice too. I like the spaces in the bedrooms an closets. Good show Max Thanks for sharing this video.

Hello ! Great question. I asked my friend about the noise and she said she could only hear the neighbor when he played video games and cranked the bass way up. The noise insulation is also very good because of fire code requirements between units.

I really like this one Max, wish we were there to take advantage of this, it seems like a very peaceful and pristine area.
