Freetown Sierra Leone has a similar topography to Rwanda (a lot of hills) And they have problems with flooding and mud slides. I can see in the video that they have built storm drains, but I'd be curious to see how effective they are when it rains before I purchased

You get visa at arrival if you're from commonwealth countries, And quarantine is 24hours

First take a test within 5 days of your flight to come here. You must then upload results to the passenger locator form (on the Rwanda Biomedical center website). Everyone gets visa on arrival. You must book a hotel here for 24 hours to wait for COVID test results because you will take another test when you arrive. Remember to visit the Rwanda Biomedical Center website to complete the passenger locator form and also to see the list of designated hotel which you can choose from.
