House looks nice. However, you did not answer the comment whether folks would have financing available to them.

It looks good, the two rooms are small not big but the master bedroom is fine, the view from the Balcony beautiful...

There are some changes the architect can make to make it better, the big windows are in the wrong place or the living room is in the wrong place. The large windows should be placed where the living room is for nature light, you dont need lights in the stairway and the living room looks like a dungeon and so narrow. The space under the stairway should guests bathroom with toilet & sink otherwise its wasted space. Whats the point of a balcony looking at a wall??? The shower is ridiculous, its too small 🤔 and should be ensuite to the guest room. Overall the house is okay and livable but not for the price but some improvements could make it more functional. The balconies need to be in the front and back only, side balconies are useless. The space between houses is way too small for any future improvements or repairs to the home. Please use any other words other than affordable. The 8 million house found in Expo is affordable. The price is too much for a 200 sqm plot, maybe if it was Kiyovu or Nyarutarama but not Kabeza. My point of view

The plot in Kiyovu or Nyarutarama would cost more than this house lol

Africans do thing haphazardly or backwards:common sense would dictate to lay down public infrastructures first such as roads 🤷♂️ and build from there.
@iradukundavitalien50652 жыл бұрын
In your country are all the house construction preceded by the road ? Don’t say nonsense …
@jamescarel55202 жыл бұрын
@@iradukundavitalien5065 of course.that why we have planning and zoning boards 🤷♂️.you cannot lay a brick before those have been taken care of:drainage,sewer,roads,power lines,etc.did you know I pay for rain water oh yes sir. the township calls it a storm water fee.but it’s a different world much more advanced.

@@jamescarel5520 lol you lying …but that ok for you guys …we’ll do it at our pace but don’t think that the authorities are stupid that what you see they don’t see it …

@@iradukundavitalien5065 and check this out:out here you cannot modify your home ,not even adding a window or an extra room or changing your roof without getting approved by the town for a fee of course.it’s strict regulations but it keeps the infrastructures in good shape and up to date because you’re paying for them and your house keeps it value.

My biggest concern was a lack of space for landscape and trees.
