Surely the riser you used for initial inflation should have been on top of the other riser. That way you wouldn't have had such a large turn to the front. You would have had a very small turn to the left and would not have had to swap brake handles.

But it worked. May be he is used to cross the risers on that side, and he has a good control

@Labassijsui sure, it did work but it meant he had to turn more than 180 degrees to the right. Had the upwind riser (the left one in this case) been on top instead of underneath he would only have had to turn 90 degrees to the left. The smaller the turn the better the control. If you look at anyone else's cobra launch you will see the upwind riser on top, that's why it was so noticeable to me. Also he had to swap control handles midway, this is bad practice and completely unnecessary. I'm not having a go, just trying to ensure that learner pilots don't copy the wrong example and get into problems. It's all about keeping each other safe.
