Mera bhi ek argument hai agar ladki kaam dandha karne mein saksham hoti hai phir bhi garib dehati majdur ko alimony k liye majbur kyun karte hai? Jab constitution mein likha hai both genders are equal by law then why bias? Also amir logo k bacche crime karke chut jaate hain aur garib logo k bacche criminal bana dete hain..kyun? Bhrast judges aur lawyers k liye kyun alag court nahi aur constitution mein strict action law kyun nahi hai?

Aap bol sakte ho Aisa koi forcefully nahi hai English compulsory hai but agar aapko bolna hai toh you can phir according to constitution hojata hai so.. aap Hindi field se hai agar English atti nhi so aap application de sakte hain aur clients Hindi bolenge toh advocate bhi bolenge

No If someone has done murder so there would be two clause: Clause A(302)- If murdered victim is of 60 or below 60 years old, killer should be hanged after the one week trial only. Clause B of (302): If murdered victim is of 60 plus years old should be jailed forever after one week trail only
