Hi, I've purchased SPS W3010D power supply. It gives the correct voltage without load, but it drops down to zero when I set current limit (with terminals shortened, as the instruction says) below about 1.9 A. With limits above 2 A it works fine again. Is this some kind of malfunction, or am I doing something wrong?
