Aside from the lackluster ending where his last grand scheme is just him as bubble buddy, I have to say that this sounds like one of the best never made episodes I've ever heard. Like I actually want this to be an actual episode of Spongebob. But add a Pearl cameo somewhere, like maybe where Mr.Krabs was showing pictures of how he raised his secret formula ocer time just have Pearl being jelous in the background for each picture. That would be hilarious

Just something that might be funny (I know this wouldn't exist, but anyways...) I think it would be funny if Plankton, piloting a blimp at the top of the Krusty Krab, tries to pretend he's the french narrator/the voice in the Krusty Krab Training Video, and asks for the formula in that voice. They assume he's up in he sky (because that's where the voice is) fire the formula up, and burst the blimp, with the French Narrator saying Nice try plankton at the end.

I could imagine some of Plankton's later tricks lasting for a few seconds, at least until his final attempt to steal the formula. Think of "Squidville" showing Squidward gradually growing tired of repeating everything in his new hometown, or the episode where Mr. Krabs falls in love with Mrs. Puff and the scene where he orders Spongebob to buy her gifts and rage at him for spending his money. Something like that could help this plot work in an 11-minute runtime.

A fun idea! I think the biggest thing that would have to be kept in consideration is making this compilation format feel fresh with each attempt, avoiding a feeling of redundancy one two fronts: A) we know how each attempt is going end (in failure) and B) we will soon catch on to the punchline ("Nice try, Plankton."). With this in mind, I think a key part of a successful execution of this plot would be to emphasize the increasing desperation and frustration/insanity of Plankton with each attempt, making sure that his descent is readily known just by his physical appearance, his body language and voice. If done right, this might be enough to keep each failed attempt feeling fresh and so long as the delivery of the punchline "Nice try" is also varied like you said, that too should be enough. Actually, there might be a Sponge Theory topic in this: Given we all know how a Plankton-goes-after-the-formula plot is going to end, what is the point of those episodes? How can those episodes that use this plot remain fresh and enjoyable even into Season 9?

Pie Guy, your creativity astounds me! That was indeed one of the best ideas for a Spongebob episode I’d ever heard! And to build that off of a stream’s inside joke, it takes a lot of talent. So much well-deserved kudos to you once again! Although the ending could turn out a little lighter on Plankton, methinks. I actually found this ending plot on a candy wrapper that I thought could really tie things up in a funny, yet more light-hearted, bow: After Spongebob says “Pretty transparent if you ask me” and the whole Krusty Krab starts laughing, casual music starts playing, and it seems the episode is ending, until the camera cuts to the frustrated Plankton inside the Bubble Buddy disguise, who starts to smile and then to laugh too, as he says “Maybe even more than you think, Spongebob”. The disguise and Plankton disappear suddenly, making everybody gasp. The disguise was a hologram being projected from a little wheeled device on the ground, driven by the real Plankton, who had used the distraction to go into Krab’s office and take the formula and was already rushing towards the front doors-with the formula strapped on a kiddie seat on top of the vehicle, for comedic effect. “Toodaloo, nimrods!” he yells looking back as he bursts through the doors. Spongebob winds up to take pursuit, but is stopped by Mr. Krabs, who says “Don’t worry, boyo. The garbage truck is early today”. We then see that this huge trash collector truck is heading straight for Plankton’s tiny vehicle. Plankton doesn’t notice this because he’s caught up in laughing and thinking how he is going to rub the fact that he actually got the formula in Karen’s face. He says egotistically “I can’t wait to see the look on Karen’s screen when I…aaaAAAAHHHHH!!” and he gets hit by the truck. The little wheeled device gets destroyed on impact, which sends Plankton flying into The Chum Bucket’s wall and the formula, protected by the kiddie seat, right onto Mr. Krabs’ hands, who was standing in outside the Krusty Krab. The gang celebrates the formula’s retrieval. Karen steps out of The Chum Bucket to a splatted Plankton on the wall and says “Well, honey, you came home empty-handed once again. But I have to admit that sure was a nice try”, to what Plankton responds in a very strained voice: “Thanks”. End of episode. If you read all of this, thank you very much for taking the time! I’d give you the candy, but it’s kind of…half-digested by now.

I think this is a great premise for an episode. I've been doing similar stuff for my favorite episodes of cartoons with my buds myself like an episode of spongebob that we came up with. The idea being that Mr. Krabs deals with a dilemna where in plankton hires someone to buy a krabby patty and actually succeeds but the guy is actually walking into the chum bucket when Mr. Krabs walks into the restaurant and immediately runs into the chum bucket with spongebob and just barely stop it from being analyzed. Spongebob then says to mister krabs "Gee, I guess we should be more careful now, huh, Mr. Krabs." With Mr. Krabs becoming increasingly paranoid about customers coming in to buy patties from the restaurant. So he becomes wary and follows all the customers who leave the store with food which gets him arrested, and even starts selling burgers without the formula, but it doesn't satisfy the customers and they stop coming in which hurts his wallet, so he starts crying. With a big finale where a rich guy comes in, you know wearing diamonds, gold, and priceless designer clothes proclaiming he would like an order of 500 krabby patties for his son's birthday party because the krabby patty happens to be his son's favorite food and he will even pay double an extra helping of the secret ingredient which makes it so tasty. So Krabs has a dilemma because he is almost certain that this man is working for Plankton until the man fronts the money right there and then.With the money in front of his eyes, Krabs stops caring and demands Spongebob make the patties, which he does. The man then leaves with truck full of patties. The punchline being that this rich man was actually hired by Plankton, who meets him in the town with Plankton saying "Hehehe, I messed up last time by just waiting for the guy to come into the chum bucket, but krabs will never see me here." With Plankton waiting for the guy, who is actually a construction worker that was wearing fake jewelry drives up to Plankton and says "I um got the krabby patties for you, little um green feller." Plankton, with an evil glow in his eye says "Okay, a deal is a deal. you can have all the patties..." The man then drives away before Plankton can say except one which causes him to run towards the truck screaming at the guy "Hey, get back here! I spent my life savings on those patties!" The episode ending with krabs counting all the money he got from the sale with dollar symbols in his eyes as the chum bucket is being towed away and Krabs saying "Aye, guess it was all in me head. I'm sorry I ever doubted me customers, especially when the money never betrays me." He laughs at is cuts.
