It looks like he's making Cl2 gas (chlorine gas) made with salt and heated water. Just guessing the powder he added activates a chemical reaction to create a low heat to the salt and water. Too much heat can cause an explosive reaction. This is just a guess without knowing the ingredients used.

Halo teman... Anda bisa membuat biogas dengan bahan bubuk kapur dan garam serta di campur air. Bisa juga dengan kotoran ternak, seperti kotoran sapi atau kotoran babi dan di campur air. Lalu biarkan campuran itu sampe 2 minggu, semakin lama di biarkan... Akan semakin banyak gas yang akan di hasilkan. Selamat mencoba
