@@NiceCreation1 How many watt hours? What's the voltage? ⚡. TY!
@chrisengland55232 жыл бұрын
I note that the inverter runs on 12 volts, so it's a 12 volt battery. Pretty impressive for a single cell unit since there aren't any known single cell chemistry systems with voltages that high. And it's a 500 ah battery. You charged it in three hours, so assuming 100% efficiency, the charging current must have been 500 / 3 amps, i.e. 167 amps. Also pretty impressive considering that the cable from the secondary winding of the charging transformer can't have been rated at more than 15 amps. Maybe the camera angle was arranged so that the smoke wasn't visible. As con-tricks go, not very impressive.

You forgot the electrolyte this time the other one you made with the 30 gallon or 55 gallon plastic barrel where you use copper pipe and the magnet between the two you put water in it it had an electrolyte you didn’t put the electrolyte or the water in this one also there’s a problem with the voltage that is a single cell battery if it even is a battery so there’s no way you could get 12 V out of it you’d have to have six of them to get your 12 volts. The only other explanation is you made a capacitor and you charge the capacitor to at least 12 V or above so you could run the inverter and yeah if it’s a capacitor it could have 500 amps But not amp hours. So unless you give us further data I would have to say the video is fake

SAFETY RISK. DO NOT BUILD THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE A FIRE. What he created with all that charcoal (carbon---like resistors are made of) and those long aluminum rods insulated from each other is a giant resistor. Put enough voltage to that and you will literally melt it down and have glowing live coals of fire. Also note the "electrodes" are the same material. In a real battery, they are as different as possible. The difference is what makes the voltage. Even lead acid plates are different. One is porous lead and the other is a lead grid filled solid with lead dioxide. This guy's two aluminum rods will produce NOTHING. This "cell" is supposed to produce enough to run an inverter. NO WAY. That would require at least 10.5 volts. THERE ARE NO KNOWN BATTERY CHEMISTRIES THAT CAN GO ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THAT. Also, pulverized carbon is NOT an electrolyte. Yes, I saw the sparks he got when he shorted it. I would say he had a stack of "battery capacitors" in there, not the charcoal. And, no, it will not hold even close to 500 amp hours. STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME WITH THESE FAKE VIDEOS. IF I HAD NOT KNOWN ANY BETTER AND HAD ACTUALLY WASTED MY TIME BUILDING THIS THING AND WAS DISAPPOINTED, OR WORSE YET, BURNED MY HOUSE DOWN TRYING TO CHARGE UP A CARBON RESISTOR, I WOULD HAVE BEEN AT BEST AN ANGRY DUDE AND AT WORST, YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE IN COURT. Продайте идею Илону Маску. Интересно, долго он будет ржарь? Покажите электромобиль на 20 таких батарейках, и как далеко проедет он - развод красивее будет.

You missed the north/south pole configuration of ring magnet. You could use a pole detector. You also missed measuring dc. Voltage from both ends.

Be posative, if he has'nt done that, he could not be able to use the invertor at all. Sometimes we should use our brains instead of eyes only.

How was the positive and negative polarity of the same element aluminum determined?

Why do you need to make it out of expensive rod when tubing should work just as well. In fact why do you need to use a lathe. You just need to heat the rod or tube to make a hole in the end caps. Drill a hole in the rod or tubing and thread it for a wing nut or bolt. I don't think the magnet does anything but separate the aluminum so maybe a bit of plastic might work. Not that I think this battery will work anyway.
