A "Sneak Peek" Inside DeMar DeRozan's Shoe Room

Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan became a popular player in our Kicks On Court race this past season. He wore 15 different Jordans in the Raptors' first 15 games, debuted the "Gem Green" Foams on court midway through the season, and finished the year off in a series of Kobe 8 iDs. However, if you think DeMar only owns what you saw on court this season, think again. In the final episode of Sneak Peek Season 2, DeRozan takes us inside his shoe room full of Kobes, Foams and low-top Jordans we haven't seen in years.

Hailing from Toronto I love my raptors and I've seen DeMar play in some of these kicks. I like his collection cause they're clean and I like How Demar holds them and rubs them as he talks about the memories. He wears his shoes and doesn't just stare at them. Collecting sneakers isn't about who has the best closet or cleanest gallery of shoes. How many people are gonna know what's in your arsenal if you dont show them off and be proud, sneakerheads.

The celtics would be a good fit, they need a star player and DeMar may not be a 'Star' he can still drop 20 consitsantly if they pick him up for about a 4/80 contract pair him up with Marcus Smart, Isaiah Thomas, Bradley, Crowder, And his former good buddy Amir Johnson can influence him to join the team... They will have plenty of trade options including their several brooklyn picks to trade for potentially another star player.. They are headed in the right path especially with a coach in Brad. If DeMar goes to the Celts it will be the next dynasty potentially winning 55-63 games next season... Coming from a Knicks fan.

DD and Lowry can't carry the team to a ring, however if they get an Andre Drummond or Al Horford I would say they are a Finals lock in the east. In that case DD is staying put.

I know this is a hobby and it is definitely a good way to keep occupied, but can you guys start a trend that will help kids that are not as financially sound as your are? My take is if you would be about the money, I mean learning about fiances and the Wall Street game. So instead of collecting shoes which has NO value why not focus on collecting stocks. The very same resources that are used for buying those grossly overpriced shoes could fund an investment portfolio and since your fans are young they can learn how to invest aggressively over the years and create real baller $$$. That was only in high school. Now I'm in UC Riverside studying Business Economics, doing the thing you're describing.
