Jesse is easily one of the best rock vocalists of all time, across all sub-genres. Very passionate and nails every note always. A legend.

10 Years is one of those bands who's acoustic versions of their songs sometimes sound better than the studio version. This is absolutely beautiful.
@MustangGal9510 жыл бұрын
I would have to agree 110% on that one. This song is one of my favorites and I've never heard the acoustic version till now. Wow what a contrast.
@nthomas8710 жыл бұрын
Yep, I feel most bands drop acoustic albums to make fans happy in the interim between regular albums, but 10 Years just gets it -- they know how to make a genuinely kickass acoustic song.
@vanishingashes9 жыл бұрын
I happen to agree with you. The acoustic versions sound so melodic and more beautiful than the original version

I love this version. I wish it was available on iTunes. I've listened to this so many times. So Cold by Breaking Benjamin acoustic version is also amazing.

Beautiful; this is a word that definitely can be described, and defined as it is in this magical acoustic version

I just love how the part at 2:00 is a harmony of the original version. It's amazing.

Beauty over wisdom to fit in with their style Your Cinderella story's for a price Vanity's a business built to fleece the unique Silicon and stars collide, the rest will fall in line Just as beautiful as you are It's so pitiful what you are You should have seen this coming all along Visually you're stimulating to my eyes Your Cinderella syndrome's full of lies Your insecurities are concealed by your pride Pretty soon your ego will kill what's left inside Just as beautiful as you are It's so pitiful what you are You should have seen this coming all along It's so pitiful what you are As beautiful as you are You should have seen this coming all along You're everything that's so typical Maybe you're alone for a reason, you're the reason So pitiful what you are Should have seen this coming all along Just as beautiful as you are It's so pitiful what you are You should have seen this coming all along It's so pitiful what you are As beautiful as you are Should have seen this coming all along

This seriously one of the most provocitive songs I have ever heard. Astounding is an understatement for this song. The only bad thing is that it can apply to most girls in middle school and high school. "Your insecurities are counseled by your pride, pretty soon your ego will kill what's left inside." WOW. Now you want to talk about good, heart-felt lyrics? That's it, right there. Simply amazing. And to think, pop stars are getting more recognition for repetitive crap. That saddens me.

that's cos teenagers generally feel insecure due to all the changes... it's like that everywhere around the world. I think this song is for those who don't get over insecurities after teen years, but it's unfair to apply this song to teenagers
