Great interview (as always). I appreciate his sensible advice, risk taking, diversity of strategies across his sites, and knowing that 5 to 10 articles per month is okay if that's all you can do.

People like him amaze me because how does he stay motivated to do so much? Does he just love the process of building businesses and wealth? Or is he motivated toward a specific result he wants to create financially? I want to be like that, too, but I feel like I don't always have the drive.

@niche pursuits, how is Jacky differentiating his brand strategy from the manufacturer like the candle maker if he is trying to amplify their stories? The point of white labeling is to convey your unique brand value to separate it from the competition.

Essentially he is licensing the product from the owner, white labeling it and then telling the origin story of the product.

Great interview. I've been focusing on growing my main website, but this interview makes me want to re-visit three other sites I've built that have been collecting dust. I'm curious what my main site is worth to Jacky.

ugh, I have 3 flight booking websites. They were generating about 3k per month in profit (collectively). Then Covid happened... Now they are only generating a few hundred per month. Wish I had sold back in 2019...

I wonder if you can niche down to some specific cities then sell it to a hotel, tour guides, or someone with tons of Air BnB units? Could be a good long term pivot. I feel like the competition against Google, Kayak, Expedia etc has to be the biggest long term problem

Thank you for this interview but i dont get it... Im building Niche Websites on my own now for 8 years and later on i switched to more bigger, clean whitehat Authoritysites. Why the Hack you sell a 1k Page because you think it will tank? These Advises are for People, who want to follow blackhat Methods and dont want to focus on a longterm, healthy Project. For me the Videotitle is missleading. Its completly about shady, cheap, shortterm Blackheat Methods. Of course your Projects will Tank, when you act like 2005. Seems that in the Commentsection are many Blackhat SEO´s :D

Some like good advice but I almost like switched off like two or three times as, like sadly, Jacky can't like speak without adding like 3 or 4 "like"s in like every sentence.

But he knows that, hence he said “he favors quantity over quality” to minimize risk. By the time google is shutting down one site he already has moved on to 3 others.

I am sort of with you with this but maybe he was in an AirBNB? My biggest issue is with all of these people turning over a massive amount each month and can't afford a decent microphone. Jamie I.F. was another example of this.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.

The pandemic came and taught everyone the importance of having multiple stream of income, unfortunately having a nice paying job doesn't mean you are financial secured anymore. So we all need to put in an extra-income earning chance, like investments.

Gee... this guy is the exception to the norm... But it is of no use what he talks about in this interview to 99.9 %. No one except if you are on his shirt tales in similar hot businesses could this even do anyone any good to hear him. What is the point? I guess for click bait but again it's of no real use. Come down to earth some levels that can really help your audience or just have Bill Gates or Elon next time so we can get some more great helpful ideas.

@Connor Knight Sorry but you can see these upper-echelon ramblings as you do. Let us know how they help when you reach where it takes you. I look for more practical examples for the more realistic path. If you see negativity in my comment... then you are the negative one. I was being positive about changing the channel of ideas to what can help people move up by using more realistic examples. Not expect what fell in place for this exception to the rule type of nonchalant ranting and bragging, lol. Later.
