Luai is a good player but I doubt he would be selected if it weren't for cleary. Apparently Cleary is really hard to gel with as a number 6 so Luai's selection does make sense.

@@wperfect Luai is not even close to being on hynes level. Hynes is a fullback that was turned into a make shift 7 at the sharks. He can absolutely dominate as a 6. If Luai didn’t have Cleary he never would’ve been wondered for any origin games.

Can someone please ask Fittler what one of his interchange players was doing sitting on the bench for 70 minutes and only coming on to replace an injured centre? It's clear he had no plan for Hynes, whereas Slater effectively utilised all 4 of his bench players. After 6 years coaching Origin how can he keep getting it so wrong?

Every year they talk shit about Luai and every year he proves everyone wrong 😂😂😂 Nicho is a 7 and fullback.. Having him off the bench to plug in at hooker or lock is going to be the best decision ever for NSW.. he gets to control the middle, make a call to go to the halves, or play through the middle himself with turbo and latrell each side of him... NSW by 50 easily!!
