The palace is apparently worth 40 million it’s an empty shell not been worked on in over 20 years it’s worth 15 million at best. It’ll probably never be finished due to the authorities and huge tax implications. He’s has reputation to be a very narcissistic businessman you don’t want to make an enemy of him that’s for sure.
