I used to be like these people, i was a christian but anytime i would hear someone preaching or praying outside of church, I would get mad/annoyed for no reason. It wasn't until I got deliverance from demons that it stopped happening. I praise Jesus because I have a better relationship with him now, and I love to hear the word and pray no matter where or when. Keep going brother

And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”" This is a direct commandment that if you are a Follower of Christ, you are to make disciples of all nations. So let me ask you, where are you meant to preach, if not at a festival that is supposed to be in celebration of Christ? Christ-mas, or more Christ, is a holiday filled with Pagan traditions that has been reclaimed by Christians and is celebrated around the world. If you cannot hear the wonders of Christ on the day of his celebration, when can you hear the Word of Christ? It seems there is no better time, no better place, than to be preaching about Christ on the day dedicated to His birth, and His life. 2. Acts 1:8 "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”" This is direct confirmation that the Holy Spirit will come upon you at any time, any place. Thus, it makes sense that the preacher is claiming Jesus spoke to him, because God does speak to us, and put it on his heart to go to the festival that is meant to be dedicated to Him, and to preach about Him. 3. Romans 10:14-15 "How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”" This is just more confirmation that preaching about the Resurrection is all Christ would want on the celebration of His birth. How would I know what Christ wants? It is written: "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." 2 Peter 2:3. Are you denying Christ the very thing He wants on His own birthday? It is insane to me to think that any would think it appropriate to denounce Christ on the day of HIS celebration. 4. 2 Timothy 4:2 "Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching." Thus, we know as Christians that we must always be ready to preach on the spot. It is God who asks of us to preach, and it is our duty to obey and preach. You never know who will be saved, or who will realize they have sin, until you preach. 5. Acts 17:17 "So he reasoned in the synagogue with the Jews and the devout persons, and in the marketplace every day with those who happened to be there." The apostles preached in the marketplace, the stores, and in churches. They travelled the world preaching about God. How is it wrong to preach about God at a festival dedicated to Him, at the time of His birth? Seems to me there is no better a time or place for a preacher to preach. 6. Luke 4:43 "But he said to them, “I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns as well; for I was sent for this purpose.”" Jesus travelled and taught about God. He did it on days no one would've ever considered doing it on. As you will see in another bullet point, Jesus preached on the day of rest, and was chastised by the preachers for doing it! There is not a time when preaching about God is wrong. There is a way to do it that will always allow for you to preach the word of God. 7. 1 Corinthians 9:19-23 "For though I am free from all, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win more of them. To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law. To those outside the law I became as one outside the law (not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law. To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some. I do it all for the sake of the gospel, that I may share with them in its blessings." I could not have said it better myself Paul. I will do it all for the sake of the Gospel, that I may share the Truth with them. 8. Matthew 12:1-8 "At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath. His disciples were hungry, and they began to pluck heads of grain and to eat. But when the Pharisees saw it, they said to him, “Look, your disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath.” He said to them, “Have you not read what David did when he was hungry, and those who were with him: how he entered the house of God and ate the bread of the Presence, which it was not lawful for him to eat nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests? Or have you not read in the Law how on the Sabbath the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath and are guiltless?" Jesus preached to the Pharisees, who believed the Sabbath was a mandatory rest day, that it was a day for man to do as he saw fit. Thus, He told the Pharisees that He would preach and eat and work the field on any day He saw fit. 9. John 9:14 "And it was the sabbath day when Jesus made the clay, and opened his eyes." This whole chapter is dedicated to Jesus healing on the Sabbath, when the Pharisees deemed it unfit for work. They tried to persecute Jesus for healing a man on the Sabbath, and yet He did it anyways. Christian go to a Christian parade and some guy sets up a PA system and starts talking over the parade and their people children trying to talk to mommy and daddy at the parade. Image going to church and in the middle of your worship service this guy sets up a pa system and tells everyone god told him to show up at your church and he start robotically preaching over the choir. Just because someone claims to be preaching does it mean they are there to lead anyone to christ. Test the spirits to see if they be of God. A street preacher came to my school's campus for a week. Many angry people obviously came, people were posting about him and making fun of him and his views. I took a moment to tell him I appreciated what he was doing since I know that campus needed the word of God. Even if it doesn't seem like the right place, there's always a great time for the Gospel.

I remember standing in the street pouring my heart out to lost souls at 16 and it done something to me. Felt like I was carrying a cross. Have you ever wondered why the "Christians" came against him so hard? They have to defend their idolatry that they have ingrained themselves into. If you look into the true origins of Christmas perhaps you would find the answer to this question. Jer 10:2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. Jer 10:3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. Jer 10:4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not. Jer 10:5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good. Now as they go down to receive their "presents", they bend their knee and bow down before their idol. (This has nothing to do with Jesus.) Mankind only put his name on a pagan festival so they could get away, (in their own minds) with pagan rites. Man desires his own Heathen way's, these ways are not His ways. You can find more on this particular "holiday" in "The Complete Works of Flavius Josephus", by William Whiston, A.M.. I hope this helps you to understand their behavior.

He is there to preach the word of God, even though people will hate him and bully him for it. That's love. He isn't taking money or asking for anything for himself. I'm speechless... I was raised by very upright Christian parents, I wandered as I got older, for almost 10 years, but they never stopped praying for me and Jesus answered their prayers and drew me home to Himself... They would have loved to have had a gospel presentation with a Christmas parade, as would I... I just don't get it, the death and resurrection of Christ is the fantastic crescendo of the "Christmas story", why are people so upset? I love being reminded of everything Jesus did for me!
