Street Preaching at DRAG SHOW Festival | Ep. 8

We went to a gay pride event in a town called Morehead, Kentucky to preach the gospel at their first annual gay pride festival. There were multiple drag shows going on throughout the day. We had several different encounters with people, including a man who was there to support his gay son, and the conversation led into him telling us that he was struggling with the guilt of killing six different people.

My Testimony:
I grew up in church, but instead of knowing Jesus, I only knew religion. This led me to live a very hypocritical lifestyle. By the time I was in college, from the outside looking in, it seemed like I had everything together in my life. I was in the military, getting paid to go to college. I had plans to become a financial planner and expected to make a six figure income shortly after completing my degree. I had joined a fraternity and had access to all the alcohol, drugs and girls that I desired. In spite of all of that, on the inside I was broken, depressed, and empty as I searched through the world for something to satisfy my void.
I radically encountered God in a rock bottom moment and everything in my life changed from the inside-out. Instead of pursuing my own life plans, God rerouted my life into full-time ministry. After joining a local church, I began to voluntarily serve for several years. Over time that led into a church staff position opening up for me. As a result I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats including: administration, overseeing media, sound, & lights, leading worship, preaching, leading outreach ministry, and many other tasks that have arisen with ministry. While being faithful with the small, the Lord started to open doors for me to preach and equip the saints at other churches as well.
God has expanded His reach through the ministry to include not only many different states in the U.S., but also several different nations. Via in person encounters and social media platforms including KZbin, Facebook, and Instagram, we're reaching the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
God has given me a beautiful wife named Abigail, and blessed us with two lovely children named Nora and Will. Abigail is currently on staff at our church as the Worship Pastor. Our hearts desire is to love God, love others, and walk as Jesus walked.

God will judge… in 2008, I was a gay-identified man, in a committed, monogamous same-sex relationship, active in an affirming church, then found myself in an ICU where the medical team classified me clinically dead after a 22-minute flatline. I experienced death, judgement and hell. I had a similar experience in my life. I once lived and identified as a gay man. I was brutally assaulted in a robbery one day. I received serious head injuries. I started to use alcohol to deal with my pain. I became a drunk. One day I was so sick , and I cried out to the lord please help me. I have eight years of sobriety now. He saved me. My life today is so different. I no longer live a gay lifestyle.

that's really amazing! you aren't alone in that feeling! i'm 17 and i plan to go to my church's next outreach to pray for people. i get the same feeling watching this guy as you do! i actually asked God to show me a sign if he had something in ministry(whether that would be preaching, praying for healing, or whatever else the Lord has for me) or something to do with my church in his plan for me and the pastor at my church started talking about different ways people can help the church and things of ministry, and praying for people receiving food at a food bank outreach stood out to me so...

Whenever angels appear in the Bible the people of God knew they were angels serving Gods specific immediate purpose. There are not angels or demons manifesting in the form of people all the time . There is definitely Christ present where 2 or more are gathered in His name . Can’t see him but he’s there . The word of God is God in the spiritual flesh as Christ describes in the gospel of John .

Brother, many great answers for common questions related to the bible, philosophical issues, and moral objectivity. I was born into Christianity, and then I left because of moral relativity and questioning the Christian foundation. Just to come back full circle to Jesus. It's been a rollercoaster, but every inch of my guts tells me I'm back where I always belonged. I'm 55, I have lived on 4 continents in different countries, I was a sports pro, a French Foreign Legion soldier, a mercenary, a businessman, in jail in 3 countries, held 20-30 jobs in different fields, in love a few times, made and lost a lot of money, gained great health to lose it and gain it back again. All that experience and constant drive to learn about our species and the world we live in. My life drew a single conclusion: Jesus is the answer to everything. It's that simple. Life is that simple. If I only realized it when I was young, I would avoid the rollercoaster altogether. On the other hand, if you don't make mistakes, you can't learn life. I'm lucky I wasn't killed in the middle of nowhere and had the chance to see the light.

I used to have a lot of gay friends, and we were friends for years, but when I didn't want to participate with doing harder drugs other than pot, they started to be mean to me. When I stopped going to the more profane nudity parades and events, they told me that I had to go or we can't be friends. I even had a friend who went after his sister's boyfriend with the intention of sleeping with him and turning him gay. This man eventually became a school teacher. I left that friend group for a reason. I don't hate them but in hate the sin and it didn't sit well with me being around that behaved that way. They say they are a loving people. I believe they are the most hateful and most intolerant, posing as an inclusive group. They to me are more dangerous than the groups that do not hide their haterd for others
