Everyone needs to understand how out of her element and comfort zone she was. She was only 21-22 yrs old, and had never heard of Oktoberfest before. I think she was afraid of being embarrassed, and she was nervous that they weren't supposed to be there. Heck, I'm like that NOW! She wasn't intentionally being rude or offensive. She just didn't know what to do.
