popinjaykev Not underrated at all. He plays with the best in progressive rock like Steven Wilson and Steve Hackett. Have seen him live several times, just amazing.
@jasoncdebussy Жыл бұрын
@@Rondo2ooo He is underrated in the sense that hardly anyone has ever heard him - which is a travesty given his talent. Of course those of us in the know rate him highly - very highly indeed.

What a talented man! From the funky melodic percussion bass-lines in the Kajagoogoo songs till the supurb lounge-jazz... Nick Beggs is amazing. Respect. Ken Marcelis, Belgium

I went to steven wilson's show yesterday ine montreal. It's amazing how you support a band. Everyone breath at the same time as you did. The band and the crowd!

Man of many talents ! I mistakenly thought he played bass guitar ? As if that is achievement enough.Beautiful piece of music, quite excellent indeed! Brilliant musician.
@NeolotusB5G2 жыл бұрын
Yes he plays bass. After they fired Limahl in the Kajagoogoo days the other band members said they'd get him a Chapman stick if he'd be the front man for the band. And OMG what he did with it on the Turn Your Back On Me track was epic. NO ONE else has ever driven a bass line like that. Ever. (That I know of.)

@leonakita The funny part is that he is the most down to earth normal bloke you could meet and the clothes just a commercial gimmick but also contain a good does of humour. The reaction to his look tells you more about those who have it and are insecure about their sexuality...in the meantime he lives a straight lifestyle.

@dmgcat you say that as if the bass riff for too shy is easy or something...try it out. Also, look up "shouldn't do that" Great bassing and singing!! My fave thing bout Nick is that his No1 bassline is "Gates of Delirium" by Yes....Awesome
