Here are some highlights from my leg workout with MMA World Heavy Champion fighter Frank Mir.
Squat 810lbs
Deadlift 505lbs for 20 reps
Sandbag Carry and Drag 310lbs 20 meters each way
Side Bends 150lb dumbbell
Hyper Extensions 80lb Kettlebell then finish no weight
Leg Press with 1530lbs
