Today's wrestlers are complete no talent idiots. They are muscular and athletic but they suck at entertaining. Today's wrestling has to be micromanaged to the point where EVERY single thing is choreographed and scripted. It is lame and I refuse to watch it.

I read the wrestling magazine when I was a kid. Nick Bockwinkel was a confident and very assure of himself as a wrestler and he proved it. Yes he was a heel , but he never screamed or acted crazy.

Week after week Nick Bockwinkel and Bobby Heenan would take to the airwaves with golden oratory to denounce their opponents who lacked intelligence or reasoning power and the great unwashed who supported them. It was like having Abraham Lincoln deliver a new Gettysburg Address each week. Thank you Gumper Van Lier for making these import promos available for our enlightenment and edification.

+Rebecca Lundberg I think that was the year the Vikings had a real bad season. I think they won only 1 game or maybe 2. He's just playing the "bad guy". Around that time, he also made fun of the Gophers. They had a bad season and he stated he wouldn't coach them, even though they asked, because he didn't want to association ate himself with losers. Heenan is so funny.
