My 49er teammate Nick Bosa joins us for this episode of Third and Long! This man is an issue on the field and deservedly took home last year’s Defensive Player of the Year Award. What is it like to sign a massive contract and how do you deal with the pressure associated with it? What is it like to play with his college teammate Chase Young and are Sacks an overrated stat? Nick also talks about some of the guys he thinks are the best Defensive Ends in the league and who he likes to watch. Not everything is about what happens on the field so we discuss Nick’s relationship with his brother and of course his new deal with SKIMS that went viral. To finish this one off we breakdown some of Nick’s recent game footage to hear what was going through his mind when he was out there on the field.

Damn, Arik is such a good podcaster. The way he allows Nick to be comfortable and speak his mind is a skill. Getting people to open up on a live stream podcast is not easy.

Man this was a phenomenal podcast by Arik. With so many sports podcasts being over the top or filled with clickbait stories, it was so cool to see both Arik and Nick be grounded & even vulnerable in moments. We already know Arik is a stand up dude with the stuff he does off the field but also seeing how level headed & introspective Nick is gave me a new perspective on him. Good stuff guys

That was a fun watch! We don't often get to see Bosa for too long so it was interesting to learn about how he's been dealing with the pressure, how he unwinds offseason, his hobbies, childhood, his relationship with Joey and simply just more about the person behind the uniform. Thanks for that one ☺

This one has to be my top #1 on my list, Two dudes, just chilling talking having a normal conversation loving it. Sometimes in life the simple things are the best. GODBLESS yALL... can't wait to for future interviews with the whole team this should be good future and present content. With that said RED AND GOLD 49ERSSSSSSSS LET'S GOOOOOO #QuestForThe6's

Loved this Arik, your at your best on the podcast talking about what you know and love and bringing in other dline men like Nick is fantastic. Would love to hear from someone like Kevin Givens. Would be really interesting to hear his perspective on his career as a successful NFL linemen, how is it being at the top and yet having to fight every year to get into an incredible d line rotation. What his journeys been like?
