"the culture" lol. You know what "the culture" is? YOU being part of a machine that gets a small fraction paid hundreds of millions while the rest of us catch stray bullets and be forced into silence to protect killers... The "culture" of no snitchin' is EASY for those that can afford their own armed security team. Maybe you mean "the culture" of teaching our kids to fight police presence instead of gang presence? Or "the culture" of victimology? That's where the streets and crime is glorified instead of schoolwork and real responsibility. Right?
