Diaz shows major class . He knew he hurt the kids elbow and immediately showed remorse. Proving what he has said before. He doesn't want to hurt his opponent. 2014 MMA has fighters popping someone's elbow then they're doing back flips, screaming into the camera or running into the cage. Diaz is the man.

I feel like most of the really good mma fighters are not out there to "hurt their opponents" in the traditional sense. It's just the douchebags like the one interviewed(Hurley) and obviously he didn't make it that long in this fight or career either.

This fight showed just how compassionate Nick really is for people. Obviously this fight was 10+ years ago but i'm sure it's still there regardless of the taunting, shit talking, etc. To dominate a guy in a fight, pop his arm out for the win then immediately go down to help him cause he's hurt rather than celebrating show's Nick's true colors. I also think Nick is a lot smarter and more articulate than Nate is but I think Nate may have taken a a few more shots to the face. Lol

fuck the Ufc now a days... diaz bros been in the game forever. underpaid always getting throwed shitty low money card opponents... #LegalizeNickDiaz As far as nate goes Absolutely have no idea the blood sweat and tears fighters put in to make it. Haters calling nate a pussy because he used a submission? Conor was the one who attempted to take him down. Why? Because nate rocked him and mc gregor used his take down attempt as a last resort. Nate diaz countered it. All he did was choke him out. The guy has his blk belt under Cesar Gracie.. His boxing skills are phenomenal. He took the fight two week notice with no train camp and had to up his weight from 155 for the fight. If you never trained MMA. (Not a couple days or months) yet alone been in the cage you just cant understand. That goes for anyone. I respect everyone's opinion but respect the facts. The #DiazBrothers have been in the UFC waaay before conor got signed. If UFC FOX SPORTS actually followed both brothers career this is no upset or "surprise" ... I will give Props to Mc gregor for trying but his cockiness really pissed me off... & Yeah nate was bleeding but that dont mean shit. Its war. Its MMA. Diaz was smirking with blood streaming down his face. Slapping Gregor around. He got in his head. Mc gregors nose was leaking blood from the choke and hits. Overall great fight but this was no upset. Nates been in the game 21+years. The diaz brothers are fucking A1. #LegalizeNickDiaz You pay attention to the the UFC NOWADAYS... but not the #diazbrothers career through out several years... If you did you would think otherwise. Like i said though i respect all opinions.

@RedSky-vf8bf8 жыл бұрын
"He took the fight two week notice with no train camp and had to up his weight from 155 for the fight." I don't think you know how weight cutting works. Nate didn't have to gain 15 pounds to make 170 for the McGregor fight. Nate was probably around 175-180 pounds when he got the fight, and only had 10 days to make the 170. Neither Conor or Nate had to *gain any weight* to make 170 lbs., they probably just had to lose a few pounds from their "walk around" weight. But everything else you said is true. Conor looked pretty good in the first round, but he was swinging for the fences and tired himself out trying to get the KO. But getting a KO against a Diaz brother... well, it's probably easier to KO a fucking bear lol. When watching the fight live, most fans probably thought the same thing as I did when Conor went for the "desperate double-leg": The fight is over. Nate's guillotine attempt was great, put Conor into even more panic, and he tried to use a "basic" guillotine escape with a body-flop (it worked against Chad Mendes perfectly), but Nate is so good at BJJ that he knew the escape and used his foot to hook Conor's leg so he couldn't roll away. Then he got this weird sort of overhook while Conor was trying to roll out, slid the knee across his belly into mount, and by then Conor was already looking for a way out of the fight. When he was mounted, he was faced with a choice: Risk getting pounded out with punches from the mount, or take his chances giving his back to an extremely proficient BJJ Black Belt. The rest is history. I'm a Diaz fan since the beginning, but I'm also a fan of Conor. Nate Diaz is simply a better fighter at the moment, though. Conor would probably be better off dropping the "movement coach" nonsense and instead train with *actual fighters* instead of "playing touch-butt with that dork in the park", as Nate said xD

Yea that y Nate was like u stole everything I work for To Conor the Diaz brothers been around forever fighting the best of the best they deserve a lot more recognition

+B DeWit I've never seen people fight like the Diaz brothers. Conor doesn't know what he's getting into again. Conor also told Nate to stay comfy at his weight cause he would come to it after Nate offered to lose some.
