@Beadle87 Nick is a legend he beat Takanori Gomi in his prime when he was 23. Nate isn't a legend but he's definitely an above average fighter his boxing is fantastic and so is his jiu jitsu if he moves up to welterweight he'll be a much bigger threat to people

You learn how to really fight. When you spar with quailty fighters it makes you better. Regardless of how I feel about Diaz, I bet training with him would be amazing. He gets to work and you might get hurt, but that is REAL fighting. Otherwise people need to go back to no contact karate or something.
