So if that's part of the veil that you view the world through (outright denial of the fundamentals of biology and geology), then it does give me pause every once in a while. Nicholas M Yeah but that moment wasn't really specific to Tough Crowd. Could've happened on O&A or on a roast. His regular moments on TC were funny but always felt too prepared and not as original or spontaneous as some of the other guests'.

They actually had (I think it was Patrice) talking about that they asked him "It's supposed to be spontaneous why write them out?" And his response was "Because I want to be funny. I want to make sure I do my job making people laugh." But yeah, Giraldo was amazing, however TC was not required, it was just more convenient at the time. Original yes, spontaneous no. At least, not all the time.
