I feel so stupid for never realizing that Nick Fury was never in Captain America Civil War. Honestly, with his connections especially since he still had the Skrulls in his pocket at the time, he easily could've just had them impersonate the world leaders who ratified them and just had the accords nullified. Nick Fury literally could've just adverted the entire conflict of the film with one move, so it's really strange that he's not in Civil War at all.

I want to read between the lines and say Coulson was literally half of this video. I also want to point it out to maybe some who dont know that in age of ultron the helicarrier was refurbished and handed to Fury by Director Coulson under the Theta protocol, which provided the same helicarrier as in the battle of new york with additional shield personell and equipments to support the avengers if need be.
