First Kaiser Chiefs album was pretty good. Not one of my favourite bands from that era, but they were always very strong in their live performances.

I never rated the Kaiser Chiefs, but compared to what we're offered these days at least they were a decent representation of white masculinity, and British cultural ideas. When he went on Xfactor as a judge I just said 'of course!'. But my mates were shocked that he """sold out""" in such a manner even though they were a an indie-pop band to begin with.
