I never liked the press going after them like that. Especially about their sex life. That shouldn't be appropriate for the press to do, since for most of their career as the Jonas Brothers, Nick especially was underage. Even if they are in the public eye, there should be some sort of law or something to protect kids from that sort of stuff. Seriously, if it was some random kids, not in the public eye, and some adult stranger talked to them about their sex lives or relationships, can you say creepy. But the public is allowed to do it to these kids. I know the press is just asking the questions that the fans want to know, and most of the fans were teenage/pre-teen girls around their ages, but still, there are some lines that should be better left uncrossed when it comes to kids, no matter if they are in the spot light or not. I think Kevin actually said this once in an interview when the interviewer was pushing Nick to get dirt on who he was seeing. I like how sometimes Kevin would draw that line and would protect his little brothers like that, especially Nick.

Yeah, I wasn't expecting that to last. People grow up, their beliefs evolve and change, they are more mature in how they think than they were when they were teenagers. Plus, they made that pact thing when Nick was what, 13/14 years old, and Joe was like 16 or so years old. Did anyone honestly think that was going to last into adulthood, especially with their lives. Really? That's a little too much expectation to put on kids. They shouldn't try to be perfect for anyone. No one is perfect, and that is way too much pressure for teenagers that already have enough pressure in their lives. They couldn't stay kids forever. Nor should they be required to hold up to things they did when they were kids.
